About Our Client

Job Description
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and other HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment conditions.
- Assist with payroll-related administration and coordination with external providers.
- Monitor absences, vacations, and other employee-related records.
- Ensure compliance with Swiss labour law and internal HR policies.
- Support ongoing HR projects and reporting activities as required.
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience in an HR Assistant, HR Administrator, or similar role.
- Good working knowledge of Swiss labour law and HR administration practices.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with HRIS systems is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Available to start immediately or at short notice.
