We are looking for a new team member in the role as
Process Engineer II (m/f/d)- 100%
Location: Le Locle (NEUCHATEL)
Type of Contract: permanent employment
Startdate: in alignment with the candidate-s availabilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop stable and capable manufacturing processes through a structured process development approach.
- Manage costs through the delivery of scrap, reprocessing and consumable projects.
- Design & develop tools, fixtures, gauges and special equipment for manufacturing operations in conjunction with Technicians and outside vendors.
- Plan, execute, and document process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) to ensure robust and compliant manufacturing processes.
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing workflows to improve quality, efficiency, and throughput.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
- Actively interface with cross-functional team members, always practicing good team work in support of day to day operating and project requirements.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and a clear identifiable work ethos within the Engineering team.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Education: Bachelor-s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven background in manufacturing engineering, process validation, or quality engineering. Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, aerospace) is a plus.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of validation requirements (IQ/OQ/PQ), NC/CAPA processes, and regulatory standards (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, GMP).
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation abilities.
- Languages: Professional proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).
