Our client is a prestigious international company based in Geneva and is seeking a highly professional Trilingual Receptionist for a short-term assignment of a two weeks, with an immediate start.

Missions

  • Welcome visitors and ensure a first-class reception experience.
  • Manage incoming phone calls in French, English, and Spanish.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms and visitor logistics.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, agendas, and general office coordination.
  • Maintain a professional and organized reception area at all times.

Profil du candidat

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, hospitality, or administrative support role.
  • Fluency in French, English, and Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional presentation and service-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to adapt quickly and work autonomously in a fast-paced international environment.

Conditions et Avantages
