Our client is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead its local Human Resources function. Reporting to senior management, the successful candidate will oversee a small HR team and act as a trusted partner to business leaders across the organization.

Our client is a well-established financial company based in Geneva.
Missions
This role offers a broad HR mandate encompassing business partnering, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and regulatory compliance within a demanding and highly professional banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a small HR team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services across the organization.
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior management on all people-related matters.
- Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
- Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, HR policies, and employment legislation.
- Oversee compensation and benefits processes, including salary reviews, bonus cycles, and benchmarking activities.
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law, internal policies, and banking sector regulations.
- Manage HR reporting, people analytics, and key HR metrics to support decision-making.
- Contribute to a positive organizational culture and employee engagement agenda.
- Lead or participate in HR transformation and process improvement projects where appropriate.
Profil du candidat
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- HR certification (Brevet Fédéral RH, MAS, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Minimum 8-10 years' progressive HR experience, including management responsibilities.
- Prior experience within a private bank, wealth management institution, asset manager, or broader financial services environment is a strong asset.
- Proven ability to operate both strategically and hands-on within a lean HR structure.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience managing employee relations and advising senior stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Fluent in both French and English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
