Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Comptable Senior bénéficiant d'une solide expérience dans les domaines de la comptabilité, de l'analyse financière, des investissements et de la gestion des flux de trésorerie.

Le candidat idéal possède une expertise reconnue en pilotage financier, en gestion de portefeuille d'investissements et en optimisation des performances financières.

Profil recherché

• Minimum 25 ans d'expérience dans la finance, la gestion de patrimoine, la comptabilité ou la gestion des investissements.
• Titulaire d'un Brevet fédéral en finance, comptabilité, fiduciaire ou domaine équivalent.
• Excellente maîtrise de la comptabilité analytique et du contrôle de gestion.
• Expérience confirmée en analyse d'investissements et gestion de portefeuilles financiers.
• Forte expertise en gestion de trésorerie (cash flow), prévisions financières et planification budgétaire.
• Capacité à élaborer et analyser des reportings financiers complexes.
• Maîtrise courante de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
• Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de prise de décision.
• Grand sens de la confidentialité, de la rigueur et de l'éthique professionnelle.

Missions principales

• Assurer le suivi et l'analyse des performances financières et des investissements.
• Élaborer et superviser les budgets, prévisions financières et plans de trésorerie.
• Optimiser la gestion du cash flow et des liquidités.
• Réaliser des analyses financières approfondies afin d'identifier les opportunités d'investissement et les risques associés.
• Mettre en place et suivre les indicateurs de performance financière (KPI).
• Produire des rapports financiers destinés à la direction et aux investisseurs.
• Développer des outils de comptabilité analytique permettant d'améliorer la rentabilité et le contrôle des coûts.
• Collaborer avec les banques, auditeurs, gestionnaires d'actifs et partenaires financiers.
• Participer à la définition et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie financière de l'entreprise.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Investment & Financial Management Advisor with an exceptional background in accounting, financial analysis, investment management, and cash flow optimization. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in managing complex financial operations, monitoring investment performance, and supporting strategic decision-making through robust analytical and accounting practices.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 25 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, asset management, wealth management, or investment advisory.
• Holder of a Swiss Federal Diploma (Brevet Fédéral) or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong expertise in financial and analytical accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Proven experience in investment analysis, portfolio monitoring, and asset allocation.
• Extensive knowledge of cash flow management, treasury operations, and liquidity planning.
• Ability to produce and interpret complex financial models and performance indicators.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and analyze company and client financial performance through detailed accounting and reporting processes.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial planning strategies.
• Manage and optimize cash flow, liquidity, and treasury activities.
• Conduct investment analyses and evaluate financial opportunities and risks.
• Monitor investment portfolios and prepare performance reports and recommendations.
• Implement analytical accounting tools to improve cost control and profitability analysis.
• Prepare financial dashboards, KPIs, and management reports for senior leadership.
• Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Collaborate with banks, auditors, asset managers, and external advisors.
