Are you a recent graduate looking to kick-start or an experienced professional with management exposure looking for a role that combines operational leadership, strategic insight and hands-on responsibility? Your journey starts at our Enterprise airport station in Geneva, where you’ll work closely with experienced teams, build strong customer relationships, and grow into your future role.
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed or soon-to-be completed higher education
- Preferably first leadership experience
- Motivating team player, supporting and enabling others with strong hands-on mentality
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, strong focus on results
- Passion for interacting with customers, selling and delivering outstanding services
- Fast learner and self-driven
- Fluent in French and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Readiness to work on shifts (evening, weekends, public holidays, etc.)
- Valid Category B driver’s license
