To support our team in the Quality Management Assurance (QMA) area, we are looking for a committed individual as
Student Quality Systems & Customer Support (m/f/d) 40%
In this role, you will support our team with operational and project-related tasks in quality assurance and complaint management. The focus is on documentation, validation, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Your tasks - Precise. Digital. Responsible.
- Participation in Computer System Validation (CSV) projects and validation activities including test execution and documentation.
- Support in the creation and updating of SOPs, work instructions, and risk analyses.
- Assistance in handling deviations, root cause analyses, and CAPA measures.
- Support in preparing internal and external audits.
- Operational and administrative support of the Lead Managers QMA and Customer Support.
- Collaboration on projects for continuous process improvement in quality management.
Your profile - Careful. Structured working style. Team-oriented.
- Ongoing studies in a relevant field (e.g. Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or comparable).
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel) as well as a strong affinity for digital systems and software applications (e.g. TrackWise Digital, ERP systems).
- Knowledge of Good Documentation Practice (GDP) is an advantage.
- Very precise, exact, independent, and efficient working style. Good communication and teamwork skills as well as flexibility.
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; good English skills are an advantage.
