We at Cembra are really different, and also as an employer. But how? It’s not so easy to describe, you have to experience it. Wherever you are in your career today, what counts for us is how we can shape your professional future together. We help you to feel comfortable and challenged by helping you grow professionally and personally
What exactly you will do here:

Clarify document requirements with business stakeholders and translate them into solutions
Work with structured data (e.g., XML) for document generation and formatting
Support operations and continuous improvements (BAU)
What we're looking for:
Hands-on experience in Customer Communications Management (CCM), document composition, template development, or Output Management solutions (e.g., Quadient Inspire, Papyrus, OpenText Exstream, Smart Communications, etc.) is strongly preferred
Alternatively, software engineering experience combined with hands-on exposure to XML, XSLT, document generation, templating, PDF/AFP processing, data transformation, or similar technologies
Familiarity with structured data formats (e.g., XML, JSON, PDF, AFP) and document generation processes
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a structured way of working
Experience in financial services (banking/insurance) is advantageous but not mandatory
Very good English skills (written and spoken); German is a plus
A positive working atmosphere. We’re really different. We’ve tried to make this tangible for you
You’ll get a personal introduction and smooth integration into the company and your team.
