Proven track record as a product manager with at least five years of experience in developing and marketing complex technical systems (hardware & software), as well as requirement gathering methodologies
University degree in engineering or physical science with solid practical experience
Knowledge in geospatial, imaging and Lidar applications is an advantage
Strong analytical abilities with attention to details, but entrepreneurial to balance details, technical solutions and business value into an optimal solution for the customer
Clear in defining & explaining goals and transparent in drawing conclusions
Excellent skill to negotiate compromises for complex technical solutions in an interdisciplinary environment
Self-driven, creative to explore new solutions while managing risks, curious to continuously learn
Hands-on team player with excellent listening, interpersonal and communication skills in English and German
Up to 30% travel might be required
