Are you passionate about designing efficient, scalable business processes and digital backbones for a global service organization? In this role, you will shape and
improve the end-to-end processes and supporting systems that enable workshop refurbishments, field service, and parts delivery.
You will connect service execution processes with commercial processes, from quotation and order handling through planning, execution, invoicing, and performance follow-up. Working closely with global business stakeholders and IT teams, you will translate operational needs into standardized processes, clear requirements, and prioritized digital improvements.

This is where you'll excel
You own and continuously improve global end-to-end processes and digital backbones for workshop refurbishments, field service, and Parts Delivery
You connect commercial and service execution processes-from quotation and order handling to planning, delivery, invoicing, and performance follow-up
You translate business needs into standardized process designs, requirements, and a prioritized improvement backlog
You partner with IT and business teams in an agile way of working to deliver scalable, practical solutions
You define process standards, governance, roles, and KPIs; drive global adoption and continuous improvement
These are the skills you'll need
Degree in business, engineering, IT, operations, or a related field
Experience in process management, service operations, digital transformation, or enterprise systems in an international environment
Ability to translate business needs into process and IT requirements; experience with agile delivery is an advantage
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills
Comfortable working across global, cross-functional matrix organizations
Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
