Job Description

End-to-end product lifecycle ownership for vacuum measurement portfolio

Strategic portfolio alignment, prioritization, execution

Leadership, coaching, and development of Product Management team

Cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Operations, external partners

Market research and Voice-of-Customer guidance; translation into product strategy & value propositions

Chairing of product and portfolio review meetings; data-driven decision processes

Portfolio-level product positioning and messaging alignment

Development and deployment of value-selling tools, business cases, marketing assets

Go-to-market planning and execution (launches, trainings, events)

Promotion of innovation, customer focus, continuous improvement culture

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred

5+ years product management experience in technical/engineering industries

Experience leading or mentoring Product Managers or cross-functional teams

Strong strategic and analytical skills; portfolio prioritization capability

Technical acumen in test & measurement or comparable systems

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; stakeholder influence

Collaborative, adaptable leadership style; effective in dynamic environments

Professional English proficiency; German is a plus

Willingness to travel up to 30%
