With around 220 employees, we run the innovative retirement home "Im Brüel" with 126 residential and care places for people in their 3rd and 4th phases of life.
We are looking for a service staff member 60%-100% (m/f) for our Harfe restaurant and dining hall by arrangement.
Your main tasks
- Friendly & attentive service of our guests as well as our residents
- Ensuring a warm & professional service
- Assisting with internal & external events as well as banquets
- Preparation & follow-up of the service areas
- Carrying out cleaning tasks according to the hygiene plan
- Compliance with hygiene regulations & quality standards
- Active participation in the implementation of operational goals & projects
Your profile
- You are a warm & motivated personality & are looking for a varied role with direct contact to people
- You are a host or hostess by passion & approach older people with empathy, patience & appreciation
- You work reliably, responsibly & independently
- A structured & clear way of working characterises you
- You enjoy working in a team
- You are flexible with your time & willing to regularly work weekend shifts
- You have good German language skills
