Your tasks:
Develop the project charter and detailed delivery plan
Manage project timelines, deliverables, changes, risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies throughout the full project life cycle
Coordinate delivery to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget and in scope
Prepare and maintain project communications, status reporting, and success criteria for sponsors and stakeholders
Support stakeholder engagement, workshops, meetings, and collaboration across business and IT teams
Work with department heads and the PMO to improve project governance, standards, KPIs and processes
Your experience/knowledge:
Experience in IT project management, ideally with complex and fixed-timeline projects
Proven experience leading project delivery teams and managing the full project life cycle
Strong knowledge of both classical and agile delivery methodologies, including software development lifecycle practices
Experience in the energy and/or trading industry is a strong advantage
Project management certification such as PMP or Scrum Master is desirable
Language skills: English
