Chercheur postdoctoral en dispositifs organiques électroluminescents (OLED)

Vous rejoindrez un projet de recherche interdisciplinaire SNSF Sinergia impliquant trois institutions partenaires suisses. Le projet vise à explorer l'amélioration plasmonique des dispositifs organiques électroluminescents (OLED) émettant dans le proche infrarouge (NIR) et à faire progresser la compréhension et la performance des dispositifs optoélectroniques NIR de nouvelle génération. Vous ferez partie d'un environnement de recherche solide et hautement interdisciplinaire, réunissant des expertises en théorie, science des nanoparticules, technologie OLED et chimie organique. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec deux projets de doctorat en cours axés sur la science des OLED et la synthèse chimique, offrant une excellente opportunité d'échange scientifique et de collaboration interdisciplinaire.

Vos tâches

Fabrication, optimisation et caractérisation de dispositifs OLED émettant dans le NIR
Collaboration étroite et échange scientifique actif avec les partenaires du projet
Analyse, interprétation et documentation des résultats expérimentaux
Préparation et publication d'articles scientifiques dans des revues à comité de lecture
Présentation des résultats de recherche lors de conférences internationales et réunions scientifiques

Votre profil

Doctorat en physique, science des matériaux, génie électrique, chimie ou dans un domaine connexe
Solide expérience en OLED, électronique organique, optoélectronique ou photonique
Expérience pratique en fabrication et caractérisation de dispositifs optoélectroniques à couches minces
Expérience avec des dispositifs émettant dans le NIR et/ou en plasmonique/nanophotonique fortement souhaitée
Grand intérêt pour la recherche interdisciplinaire et les projets collaboratifs
Esprit motivé, proactif et enthousiaste

Notre offre

Nous proposons un poste postdoctoral entièrement financé de 2 ans à Empa pour mener des recherches de pointe dans un domaine interdisciplinaire de l'optoélectronique. Les candidatures sont ouvertes immédiatement avec une date de début prévue au 01.01.2027 ou selon accord mutuel.
