Les projets de recherche du groupe couvrent un large éventail de sujets allant de la virologie moléculaire à la vaccinologie mécanistique en passant par des questions fondamentales sur la relation virus - hôte dans les infections microbiennes persistantes. En conséquence, les techniques appliquées comprennent des techniques classiques et de pointe en biologie moléculaire, l'ingénierie des virus et leur culture ainsi que leur caractérisation en culture cellulaire et l'évaluation des réponses immunitaires in vivo chez la souris et ex vivo par cytométrie en flux multidimensionnelle et tests sérologiques. Vous soutiendrez les projets de chercheurs postdoctoraux et doctorants expérimentés en contribuant à la planification et à l'exécution des travaux expérimentaux et à l'analyse des données. De plus, vous assumerez des responsabilités clés pour l'organisation, la maintenance et la logistique du laboratoire.Votre profil
Vous êtes formé en tant que technicien de laboratoire ou titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire en sciences de la vie. De plus, vous avez une expérience pratique en recherche biomédicale fondamentale, idéalement dans les domaines de la biologie moléculaire, de la virologie et de l'immunologie utilisant des modèles animaux. Vous êtes passionné par votre travail, et votre esprit scientifique, votre précision dans l'exécution du travail et votre réflexion vous permettent de mener de manière autonome des expériences complexes. Vous avez une attitude de travail assidue et un fort désir d'apprendre continuellement, ce qui vous permettra de devenir un membre à part entière d'une équipe de recherche jeune et dynamique. La maîtrise de l'anglais et de l'allemand à l'écrit et à l'oral est requise.Nous vous offrons
