Le Centre Mobilière sur la résilience de l’Université de Fribourg s’intéresse aux enjeux liés à la capacité de la Suisse à relever les défis de l’avenir. Pour ce faire, il mène des projets de recherche interdisciplinaires et transdisciplinaires visant à développer des solutions concrètes et orientées vers la pratique afin de renforcer la résilience. Le centre rassemble les compétences de chercheuses et chercheurs issus de différentes disciplines.





Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?



Le ou la maître-assistant-e est rattaché-e au centre en tant que coordinateur-trice intégratif-ve et collabore activement avec tous les départements et facultés concernés de l’Université de Fribourg ainsi qu’avec la Mobilière.





Vos missions



Le Centre Mobilière sur la résilience met au concours, pour une entrée en fonction au 1er janvier 2027 pour une durée de 2 ans, avec possibilité de prolongation ensuite, un poste de maître-assistant-e en recherche sur l’intégration et l’implémentation.

 

Le ou la titulaire du poste soutient la direction sur le plan administratif et agit comme coordinateur-trice de recherche, en faisant le lien entre la recherche et la pratique. Il ou elle :

  • Coordonne les activités de recherche interdisciplinaire du centre et assure le rôle de point de contact avec la Mobilière
  • Développe des approches d’intégration et d’implémentation pour la recherche sur la résilience ainsi que pour sa mise en œuvre durable
  • Conçoit des activités innovantes « Citizen Science » et « Outreach » destinées à l’enseignement et à la recherche interdisciplinaires et transdisciplinaire




Profil souhaité



  • Doctorat en économie/informatique ou dans une discipline apparentée
  • Connaissances dans le domaine « Resilience and Information Systems Engineering »
  • Expérience dans la recherche sur l’intégration et l’implémentation
  • Expérience dans la collaboration avec les entreprises
  • Compétences linguistique : anglais, français et allemand
