Tasks
- Maintain ISO 27001 ISMS policies, documentation and security-exception register
- Document security and data-breach incidents, track remediation, and monitor vulnerabilities and threats
- Prepare supplier and cloud-service security assessments for new engagements and yearly reviews
- Maintain privacy documentation and support data-subject requests with the Data Protection Officer
- Support risk management, corrective actions, training, audits and compliance reporting
Requirements
- Advanced university or university of applied sciences degree in an engineering, scientific or related discipline
- Professional experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, healthcare or financial services
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Understanding of management systems, organisational processes, regulatory requirements and standards, particularly ISO 27001, Swiss DSG/nDSG and GDPR
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions across business, compliance and IT
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Jira and Confluence
Nice to have
- ISO 27001 Foundation and/or Internal Auditor certification
- Knowledge of ISO 13485, EU MDR, the EU AI Act and professional confidentiality obligations
- Familiarity with security awareness, data privacy and security operations tools
