As Global Retail Design & Merchandising Senior Manager Travel Retail you play a key role in bringing Cotys iconic brands to life across airports and travel retail environments worldwide.
Reporting to the Global Travel Retail Merchandising Director you are responsible for developing and delivering best-in-class retail concepts from permanent Capex installations to temporary activations ensuring they are both commercially effective and true to each brands identity.
Working at the intersection of Brand Marketing Merchandising Retail Design and Commercial teams you will transform brand vision into engaging retail experiences that elevate visibility strengthen consumer engagement and drive business performance across the Travel Retail channel.
This role combines creative leadership project management excellence and cross-functional collaboration in a highly international and fast-paced environment.
OPTIMIZE ENABLE INNOVATE!
In this role you directly contribute to enhancing brand desirability elevating the shopper experience and driving execution excellence across Cotys Travel Retail business.
Lead the development and rollout of premium retail design concepts ensuring alignment with brand strategy and Travel Retail requirements.
Drive end-to-end project execution across permanent installations and temporary activations managing timelines quality and delivery across markets.
Translate brand DNA into compelling retail environments that strengthen consumer engagement and enhance brand visibility.
Partner closely with Brand Travel Retail Marketing and Merchandising teams to ensure commercially impactful and locally relevant executions.
Champion innovative retail experiences that elevate the shopper journey and reinforce Cotys leadership in Travel Retail.
Ensure consistency and excellence across all touchpoints while adapting concepts to retailer requirements and operational constraints.
Optimize project investments through effective budget management asset reuse initiatives and scalable design solutions.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders influencing decision-making and ensuring project alignment.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve retail standards execution quality and overall consumer experience.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You are a creative business-minded and results-driven professional who enjoys transforming ideas into impactful retail experiences. You thrive in international environments and are energized by managing complex projects from concept to execution.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Design Architecture Business or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Retail Design Visual Merchandising or Store Design ideally within the Luxury Beauty industry.
Strong understanding of the Travel Retail environment including retailer expectations operational constraints and multi-market complexity.
Proven track record of delivering high-impact retail projects in fast-paced high-traffic environments.
Strong creative vision combined with excellent project management and execution capabilities.
Ability to translate brand identity into premium engaging and commercially effective retail concepts.
Excellent stakeholder management influencing and communication skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Agile hands-on and solution-oriented mindset.
Strong sense of ownership accountability and ability to perform under pressure.
Fluent English required.
