Hill International seeks a Workspace Transformation Change Manager for its Switzerland team in Basel. The role leads people and organizational change for a major workplace transformation, coordinating leadership, operational and employee readiness across project and business functions.
Tasks
- Develop the workplace transformation change strategy and readiness framework
- Set success measures, track progress, manage risks and integrate readiness into the project plan
- Build leadership sponsorship and prepare leaders and managers to guide teams through change
- Coordinate operational readiness, cutover, go-live and post-occupancy stabilization
- Design employee engagement, training and adoption initiatives for new workplaces and ways of working
- Coordinate change activities across workstreams and report on readiness and adoption
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Engineering, Facilities Management or a related discipline
- 10+ years leading large-scale organizational change, business transformation or workplace transformation initiatives
- Track record delivering complex workplace, corporate real estate, infrastructure or enterprise transformation programmes
- Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing stakeholders across organizational levels
- Experience in complex, matrixed and international environments
- Experience supporting operational readiness, business transition and post-implementation adoption
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, planning and risk management skills
Nice to have
- Professional certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, APMG) and/or Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, PMI)
