ph3Job Description /h3 h3Main goal /h3 pThe Women’s Football Development Assistant is a key player in driving the successful delivery of women’s football development and professionalisation programmes. This football enthusiast will work directly on projects and activities that support member associations and key stakeholders to meet European-wide strategic objectives. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liSupporting the planning, coordination and delivery of women’s football development and professionalisation programmes /li liAssisting and liaising with UEFA member associations, partners and other stakeholders on programme-related activities /li liSupporting the UEFA Women’s Football Development Programme, including collecting, monitoring and reviewing applications, reports and documents relating to HatTrick incentive funding /li liOrganising women’s football events and workshops, particularly those linked to major competition finals, e.g. the annual Business Case for Women’s Football event /li liPreparing presentations, correspondence and administrative documentation and coordinating external experts to support programmes and project delivery /li liCoordinating research projects, surveys, datasets and analysis related to the women’s game, with a focus on professional football /li liCollecting, analysing and sharing women’s football best practices, insights and industry trends /li liCoordinating publications and external documentation /li liSupporting the delivery of other women’s football initiatives, as required /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pExperience: /p ul li1-3 years of relevant professional experience /li liExperience in an international environment, sport’s governing body or sports administration role would be an advantage /li /ul pEducation: /p ul liBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. football administration, sports management, business management, finance, event management) /li /ul pLanguages: /p ul liEnglish / Proficient /li liProficiency in French and/or German or another European language /li /ul h3Other requirements /h3 p- Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected (please note that UEFA is unable to provide relocation support) /p p- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word /p p- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously /p p- Passion for women’s football and its continued development /p p- Good understanding of women’s football and the European football landscape /p pUEFA welcomes applications from all, actively working to ensure that we are an inclusive employer that finds the best candidate for our positions, regardless of aspects such as sex, gender identification, disability, age, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity or nationality. /p pUEFA - the Union of European Football Associations - is the game’s governing body in Europe.
