It finds secrets wherever they live, prioritizes remediation based on rich context, and prevents new exposure across code, systems, and AI. /p pThe GitGuardian platform is already used by more than 600K developers worldwide and by 50 of the fortune 500! /p h3About Your Team And Your Mission /h3 pOur typical customers are companies with hundreds to thousands of developers leveraging SaaS applications, cloud infrastructures, or internal microservices, and are mature on DevOps and cloud adoption. /p pOur products are used by different teams: Software Development and Ops, Application Security, and Threat Response. Buying decisions come from CISOs, CTOs, and Directors of Security. /p h3We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to own and develop the DACH territory, with a primary focus on Switzerland. /h3 pThis role is designed for disciplined enterprise sellers who execute consistently, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute to the maturity of GitGuardian’s growing European sales organization. /p pYou will join an EMEA Sales team composed of Account Executives covering the region, Sales Engineers, and Account Managers. The team is international, highly technical, and operates primarily in English. /p pNote: Employment in territory will be done through our EOR partner. /p h3Your Mission /h3 ul liIdentify, engage, and build rapport with enterprise prospects through outbound hunting. /li liRunning the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal close, with a strong hunter mentality. /li liUnderstanding and demonstrating our products to prospects and key stakeholders. /li liEngaging high-level security professionals such as CISOs, CTOs, AppSec leads, VPs of Engineering with tailored, credible messaging. /li liBuilding a structured pipeline using modern sales tools and a rigorous qualification methodology (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC). /li liForecasting responsibly and maintaining strong pipeline discipline at every stage of the cycle. /li liPartnering closely with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and leadership to drive expansion within enterprise accounts over time. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liProfessional speaking level of English German (French or Swiss German is a plus !) /li liDemonstrated success as an Enterprise Account Executive in a DevOps and/or AppSec environment. /li liAt least 5 years of enterprise software or security sales experience, with a track record /li /ul pof managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles including procurement, legal, and security review. /p ul liExperience selling into Security, Engineering, or IT leadership (Application /li /ul pSecurity, DevSecOps, Cloud Security, Identity/IAM/NHI, or developer tooling is a strong plus) /p ul liDemonstrated quota achievement track record and the ability to build your pipeline from scratch in a new or emerging territory. /li liMastery of enterprise sales fundamentals: discovery, multi-threading, mutual action plans, and commercial negotiation. /li liStrong communication skills: You're clear and credible with executive audiences /li liA willingness to travel (up to 25%). /li liProficiency with MEDDIC or MEDDPICC sales frameworks /li /ul h3The following skills would strengthen your application but aren’t required: /h3 ul liExperience in cross-border or multi-region sales (international territory management). /li liA pre-existing network in AppSec, DevSecOps, platform engineering, or security teams within DACH. /li liKnowledge of the cybersecurity landscape: you understand the AppSec buyer community and why secrets sprawl and NHI governance matter. /li /ul h3The interview process /h3 ul liVideo call with a Talent Acquisition team member /li liManager interview: Meet your future manager and/or the Sales Director EMEA /li liBusiness case: Platform Demo Sales Pitch /li liFinal interview with the CEO /li /ul pTo discover your professional projects and evaluate if there could be a mutual match. /p pTo know more about yourself and your achievements, and present to you the team. /p pTo put yourself in the shoes of a sales rep: Access to our demo environment to walkthrough with our leadership team.
