Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Experience shipping live products in wallets, crypto or fintech
- Strong visual design, interaction design and prototyping skills
- Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools, including AI tools
- Working understanding of crypto networks, fees and self-custody
- Ability to explain complex concepts in plain language
- Proactive approach and ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

- Experience designing for emerging markets or first-time financial users
- Design systems experience at scale
