SGS is hiring a Global Head of Corporate Security in Baar ZG. Reporting to the SVP Legal, the role leads global security strategy, governance and risk management across the Group, partnering with executive leaders in an international business.
Tasks
- Define and implement SGS's global corporate security strategy
- Develop Group security policies, standards and governance frameworks
- Lead security risk assessments, threat intelligence and geopolitical monitoring
- Oversee investigations involving security, integrity and business operations
- Drive crisis management, incident response and resilience initiatives
- Protect personnel through travel security, executive protection and high-risk support
Requirements
- Leadership experience in corporate security or a related discipline
- Experience in multinational or globally complex organisations
- Knowledge of security risk management methodologies and governance frameworks
- Experience leading investigations, threat assessments and security reviews
- Success influencing senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams
- Excellent communication, presentation and report-writing skills
- Ability to travel internationally, including to higher-risk environments
