More than 30 employees work for Keys.Express worldwide. We are looking for a skilled Marketing Assistant as a freelancer at the earliest possible date. (m/f/o) The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Marketing Manager to assist in executing the overall marketing strategy. In this role you will be a key player in the marketing team, providing administrative support for the Marketing Manager.This job is perfect for someone who is looking for a long-term work opportunity and to have a positive impact in a highly ambitious, fast-growing company. Job responsibilities include: Assist with content creation/posting on all social media accounts, blogs, newsletters, presentations, print materials, press releases etc. according to the defined Content Marketing Strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.Assist with our outreach campaigns (Backlink building, Influencers etc..)Creating documentations for marketing processes in our knowledge base.Assist with paid ad advertising campaigns for various platforms when neededAssist with the development marketing materials in general when neededIdentify opportunities for content creationMake decisions in good faith and execute in accordance with the culture and values of our companyPerform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager or other stakeholdersProvide administrative support for the Marketing Manager when needed, including but not limited to: organizing files, managing content calendar, managing specific marketing channels etc. Ideal skills include:Tech- and Social Media-savvy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Effective communication, both verbal and writtenExcellent organizational skillsAttention to detailAbility to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables on tight schedulesWork effectively and demonstrating the ability to get things doneBasic design skills to create/edit graphics Basic video editing skills Qualifications include:Marketing or administrative background with strong affinity for digital marketingExperience with Marketing via social media and/or content writing, paid advertising or SEO undertakingsUnderstanding of online marketing (SEO, paid advertising and the common social platforms are no strangers to you)The willingness and inner drive to grow with usTaking pride in the quality and accuracy of your work, and the willingness to communicate problems and solutions which you perceive Personal qualifications include:A high degree of personal responsibility and accountabilityHighly motivated self-starterTeam playerStrong work ethicComfort in fast-paced environmentsStrong emotional intelligence / interpersonal skills Benefits:A modern working environment in an ambitious and continuously growing company.
