ppFor an international retail transformation project, we are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in digital omnichannel retail solutions. You will define scalable architectures and work closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects and technical teams to support their implementation across global markets. /pulliLead the architectural design of digital omnichannel retail solutions. /liliAct as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams for retail solution architecture. /liliProvide architectural leadership in global transformation programmes and large-scale deployments. /liliDefine target architectures, high-level solution designs, system integration flows and technical roadmaps. /liliEnsure solutions meet requirements for scalability, performance, resilience, security and maintainability, including during peak retail periods. /liliEstablish architectural governance, guiding principles and reusable patterns aligned with enterprise standards. /liliEvaluate build-versus-buy options and contribute to vendor and product assessments. /liliCollaborate across teams to ensure architectural consistency, data integrity and alignment across the retail landscape. /liliReview technical specifications and validate solutions proposed by delivery teams. /liliSupport cut-over planning, migration strategies and infrastructure setup where required. /liliEnsure architectural decisions are reflected in operational procedures and support tools. /liliContribute to continuous improvement of DevOps, delivery and support practices. /li /ululliAt least 5 years of experience in solution architecture, with a proven track record in large-scale digital transformation and retail systems. /liliHands-on experience designing and delivering omnichannel retail solutions. /liliStrong understanding of omnichannel retail business processes. /liliProven ability to design scalable, performant and resilient systems handling high transaction volumes. /liliFamiliarity with cloud platforms and strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, event-driven architecture, APIs and microservices. /liliExperience with Git, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Jira and Confluence. /liliSolid understanding of the software development lifecycle, Gitflow, Trunk-Based Development and DevOps practices. /liliProficiency in system modelling and architectural documentation. /liliExperience with security, identity management, Single Sign-On and compliance considerations for global rollouts. /liliExcellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. /liliStrong leadership, sound judgement and the ability to influence decisions pragmatically. /liliAn autonomous, accountable approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities across international teams and time zones. /liliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field. /liliFluent English; French, Italian or Chinese would be an advantage. /liliTOGAF or an equivalent certification is a plus. /li /ulpEinsatzort: Geneva/Remotebr/Startdatum: br/Pensum: 100%br/Projektdauer: 6 Monate ++ /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
