Are you a master of complex calendars, international travel, and C-suite coordination?
On behalf of our client, an international US biotech company, we are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO during a European expansion phase.
The Mission
In this interim role (2-3 months, 30-50% capacity), you will serve as the operational backbone for the CEO in Basel.
You will connect workflows across teams in the US, Switzerland, and China.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars across US, European, and Asian time zones.
Coordinate high-level investor relations meetings.
Book complex international flights, accommodations, and ground travel.
Provide onsite administrative support for the CEO during Basel stays.
Align closely with US and China-based Team
Qualifikationen
Proven track record as an Executive Assistant to C-level leadership.
Experience in Biotech, Life Sciences, or Tech is preferred.
Flawless written and spoken Business English for daily interactions with US and China teams.
German language skills are a strong plus.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Office 365, Zoom, and Slack.
Strong discretion, initiative, and remote self-management.
