CSEM seeks a Business Unit Leader in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. The role leads the Micro & Nano Systems unit, its strategy, finances, research roadmap and microfabrication operations, with more than 80 experts and engineers.
Tasks
- Define and deploy the Business Unit strategy and technology roadmap
- Drive business development, acquisition and stakeholder relationships
- Control the budget, financial reporting, project portfolio and investments
- Supervise Microfabrication operations, Cleanroom investments and project delivery
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 quality standards
- Lead more than 80 experts and engineers and manage 8 senior leaders
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering
- At least 10 years of senior management experience in high-tech industry
- Experience in semiconductors, electronics components and devices, photonics or Micro Systems
- Business acumen and understanding of global high-tech industry trends
- Experience managing and motivating highly skilled technical teams
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong financial, communication, negotiation and networking skills
Nice to have
- PhD or MBA
- International experience in high-tech industry
