DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Manager, EMEA Regional Manager in Zug. The role leads Global Security across EMEA, protecting people, assets, facilities and operations in an international environment. Full-time employment is expected to transfer to DePuy Synthes after the planned separation of the orthopaedics business.
Tasks
- Lead and execute the Global Security strategy across EMEA
- Assess and mitigate physical security risks to people, facilities, assets and operations
- Oversee incident management, investigations and crisis response with local authorities and emergency services
- Integrate security into site operations and projects with Real Estate, Facilities Management, HR, Legal and business leaders
- Manage third-party security vendors, performance, compliance and cost controls
- Provide security guidance on executive protection, travel risk management and special events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, Business Administration or a related field
- 6–8 years of progressive corporate, regional or enterprise security management experience with multicountry responsibility
- Experience managing physical security programmes, risk assessments and incident response in a complex organisation
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in an international environment
- Knowledge of security regulations, standards and best practices across EMEA
- Vendor and contract management experience
- Fluency in English

- Master’s degree or equivalent advanced education

- Additional European languages, such as German or French
- CPP, PSP or similar security certifications
