Requirements
- 6–10 years of HR experience in an international environment
- At least 3–4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- Strong knowledge of HR frameworks, policies and employment practices
- Expertise in workforce planning, succession planning and talent development
- Experience handling sensitive employee relations matters
- Analytical skills and experience using HR data and metrics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
