Work Selection is recruiting for Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz for a 12-month temporary assignment, with a high probability of extension. The role plans and validates product testing and test equipment for externally manufactured diagnostic products.
Tasks
- Translate product specifications into test equipment requirements (URS)
- Define and develop test equipment and acceptance criteria
- Create test plans and implement them at suppliers and RDI
- Define sample sizes for IPC, product release testing and incoming goods inspection
- Qualify test equipment and validate test methods, including correlation studies with RDI equipment
- Review supplier technical Q&V documentation and first article inspections
Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, Natural Science or a related discipline, or an apprenticeship with high subject matter expertise
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a GMP-regulated producing company
- Experience in IVD product manufacturing and testing
- Knowledge of process management methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Experience in test equipment qualification and test method validation
- Knowledge of IVD regulations such as ISO 13485, IVDR or FDA 21 CFR Part 820
- Excellent German and English communication skills; willingness to travel up to 10%
