Itech Consult AG is recruiting for a temporary 12+ month assignment in Rotkreuz, starting 1 November 2026. The Delivery Manager/Sourcing Manager deploys strategic procurement initiatives across a manufacturing network, working with business stakeholders, suppliers and Category Management teams.
Tasks
- Coordinate sourcing processes (RfIs, RfQs, RfPs), including eSourcing tools
- Translate end-user requirements into procurement specifications and select sourcing methods
- Ensure procurement complies with category guidance, policies, standards and procedures
- Communicate procurement status, progress and outcomes; maintain information flows to Category Management
- Support purchasing documentation, process improvements and procurement requests
- Monitor customer service targets and KPIs; support supplier-related CSR initiatives
Requirements
- University degree; business-related degree preferred
- At least 3 years of purchasing experience, including basic contracting, business enterprise systems and spot buying
- Business-level English and the primary business language of the site
- Experience or demonstrated understanding of cost reduction and value improvement programmes
- Good communication skills and ability to translate business needs into procurement specifications
- Knowledge of contract documentation systems, templates and processing tools, such as eSourcing and eAuction
Nice to have
- Postgraduate business qualification
- CIPS, ISM or finance-related licence or certification
- Experience with enterprise systems, procure-to-pay and eSourcing tools
- Operational excellence or continuous improvement experience; Life Sciences experience
