Flexsis AG is recruiting for Roche Diagnostics in Zug for a one-year Delivery Manager/Sourcing Manager position, planned to start on 1 November 2026. The role supports strategic procurement initiatives across a manufacturing network; extension is very likely.
Tasks
- Coordinate sourcing processes, including RfIs, RfQs, RfPs and eSourcing tools
- Apply category guidance and procurement knowledge to meet end-user requirements
- Support implementation of procurement processes, policies and technologies
- Execute support requests and apply continuous improvement methods
- Ensure compliance with policies, standards and operating procedures
- Communicate procurement activity status and outcomes; support purchasing documentation
Requirements
- University degree in a business-related field
- Business-level fluency in English and the primary business language of the site
- At least 3 years of procurement experience, including basic contracting, enterprise systems and spot buying
- Experience or demonstrated understanding of cost reduction and value improvement programmes
- Good communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into procurement specifications
- Knowledge of contract documentation, templates and processing tools
Nice to have
- Postgraduate business qualification
- Professional purchasing or finance-related licences or certifications, such as CIPS or ISM
- Experience with procure-to-pay and eSourcing tools
- Competence or fluency in other sub-region languages
