Startup Talents is recruiting for a semiconductor manufacturer in the Neuchâtel area. The Business Unit Leader owns strategy, growth and profitability for the RFID Business Unit, working with product management, RFID engineering and Sales.
Tasks
- Own RFID Business Unit P&L, budgets, forecasts and investment priorities
- Define and execute the RFID Business Unit strategy
- Drive product roadmap, portfolio management and new product introductions
- Build strategic customer, partner and industry relationships; represent the company in bodies such as RAIN Alliance
- Lead business development, strategic accounts and ecosystem partnerships with Sales
- Lead the RFID organization and set performance metrics and results-oriented culture
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in semiconductor, RFID, connectivity or related technology markets
- Experience in business unit management, product management, marketing or business development
- Demonstrated success in profitable growth and cross-functional team management
- Deep understanding of RFID technologies, applications and market dynamics
- Strong financial acumen and proven ownership of revenue and profitability
- Professional proficiency in English
- Right to work in Switzerland or an EU/EFTA passport; willingness to relocate to Neuchâtel
Nice to have
- French and/or German; French communication skills are highly valued
- Strong network in the RFID and broader IoT ecosystem
