Nexans Iberia SL is recruiting in Cortaillod for the Power Grid Central Europe Business Unit. The role leads the BU Industrial, Technical, QHSE and Digital Roadmap across manufacturing sites in six European countries and serves on the BU Leadership Team.
Tasks
- Define and deploy the BU Industrial, Technical, QHSE and Digital Roadmap
- Improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity and Inventory across manufacturing sites
- Lead CAPEX programmes, industrial transformation and footprint optimization
- Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with QHSE standards and regulations
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, digitalization and automation
- Coordinate product, process and technology development with BG Engineering, Marketing and Group Innovation
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering, Operations or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in industrial and operations leadership
- Strong track record in Operational Excellence and Lean Manufacturing
- Experience leading international teams in a matrix environment
- Proven success delivering industrial transformation and CAPEX projects
- Hands-on manufacturing and engineering experience
- Broad exposure to industrial technologies and processes; fluent English and strong stakeholder management skills
