Randstad (Schweiz) AG is recruiting for a client in Eysins for a Digital Traceability Project Manager until the end of 2028. The role delivers Track & Trace initiatives supporting GS1 standards and regulatory requirements.
Tasks
- Manage delivery of Track & Trace initiatives and IT applications
- Drive schedules, milestones and go/no-go criteria
- Identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Coordinate computer system validation, testing and change control
- Maintain validation documentation for audits and regulatory inspections
Requirements
- Higher education or university degree in IT, computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline, or business administration with strong IT project experience
- Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical Track & Trace, GS1 standards, digital link and ePI
- Understanding of packaging operations processes
- Several years of IT project management experience, ideally in pharma, life sciences or medtech
- Experience across software delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, IT architecture, validation, testing and release management
- Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
