Tasks
- Embed with domain teams to define workflows, success criteria and delivered capabilities
- Build Foundry data pipelines, transformations, ontology alignment and application workflows
- Ingest, transform and model datasets; define data quality checks and document limitations
- Develop user-facing applications and integrate upstream and downstream systems
- Support deployment, monitoring and improvement of production applications
- Create reusable components and patterns, mentor teammates and document delivery standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Bioengineering, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics or a related discipline
- At least 8 years’ experience in biomedical research, bioengineering, bioinformatics or a related domain
- Hands-on Palantir Foundry experience building and operationalizing pipelines, ontology, applications and access controls
- Experience partnering with stakeholders and delivering Proof of Concepts
- Experience delivering software, data or analytics products in user-facing environments, from prototyping to production
- Strong programming skills across data and application layers
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, reliability and operational discipline
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated or sensitive-data environments, including access control and audit needs
- Familiarity with product discovery methods and iterative MVP delivery
- Experience enabling analytics, AI or machine learning in production applications
