Tasks
- Maintain and enhance MES standards, templates, best practices and system architectures
- Troubleshoot MES operations and support performance monitoring, incident resolution and optimization
- Support MES enhancements, upgrades, deployments and lifecycle management
- Maintain GMP-compliant electronic batch records, workflows and system documentation
- Develop and review GxP specifications, risk assessments, test documentation, change controls and SOPs
- Support MES integration, validation, commissioning, audits and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Degree in Automation Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
- Experience with MES, Manufacturing IT, OT or automation in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotech or life sciences environment
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, batch execution and electronic records management
- Familiarity with GAMP, GMP, data integrity and computerized system validation (CSV)
- Experience with MES platforms such as PAS-X, Syncade, PharmaSuite, Opcenter or similar
- Knowledge of IT-OT architectures, OT infrastructure, industrial networking, virtualization and server environments
- Fluency in English and/or German
