You will orchestrate the Industrial Merchant Packaged Gases Medical Supply Chain and bear full accountability for EIM and bulk management in close synergy with our market units. /pulliInspiring leadership of the 4 Swiss production sites, the central warehouse, and the entire supply chain /liliEmpathetic management and development of 6 dedicated department heads /liliEnsuring excellent operational processes, taking into account the highest safety standards, Integrated Management System (IMS) processes, and compliance /liliStrategic budget responsibility for maintenance and continuous process optimization /liliActive shaping and implementation of the supply chain strategy with a focus on efficiency and cost management /liliIdentification and validation of forward-looking investment projects /liliResponsibility for an exemplary Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) plan in line with internal and external guidelines /liliConfident communication and oversight of internal guidelines for continuous development /liliOptimization of procurement and sales processes for maximum market impact /liliConsistent promotion of a lived safety and quality culture /li /ulh3Are you a match? /h3ulliCompleted degree in engineering or a technical field (process engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar) with a proven track record in production, logistics, or supply chain /liliCharismatic leadership personality with a genuine hands-on / "doer" mindset, able to inspire people and develop teams to peak performance /liliStrong communication skills and a passion for actively driving change processes /liliSound expertise in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management, Integrated Management System (IMS), and modern Lean methodologies /liliExcellent English skills, German and French is an advantage /liliStrong business acumen paired with the ability to translate visions into concrete strategies /liliEntrepreneurial personality with strong decisiveness and a solution-oriented approach /liliWillingness to travel up to 60% within Switzerland /li /ulh3Our Differences make our Performance /h3pAt Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world. /ppWe welcome and consider applications from all qualified applicants, regardless of their background.
