ph3BACKGROUND /h3pEmbark on a unique opportunity to actively contribute to the financial landscape of our Group Platforms department. /ppIn this transversal role, you will drive essential financial activities, primarily focusing on cost controlling, financial planning, and internal allocation model management. bTo succeed in this role, you should have a demonstrated interest in Technology topics, particularly in Digital, Infrastructure, and Data services areas. /b Your responsibilities will be dynamically split, with 70% dedicated to hands-on controlling tasks, working closely with managers to ensure financial rigor, and 30% focused on providing essential support to the wider controlling team, particularly in enhancing data quality and streamlining administrative functions. /ph3HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? /h3h3Responsibilities /h3pAs part of Group Finance and based in Meyrin, your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to, the following key areas: /ph3Drive Financial Performance Control /h3ulliOversee day-to-day financial operations for our technology domains and cost centers, ensuring efficient and appropriate financial control systems. /liliActively contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities, including preparing accruals, reviewing commitments, and assisting with allocation cycles. /liliPartner closely with Group Technology Managers to foster cost awareness and enhance understanding of financial performance, providing insightful analysis and ad-hoc reports. /liliSupport the tracking and monitoring of resources for key technology projects and initiatives. /li /ulh3Master Planning Forecasting /h3ulliPlay a key role in the planning and forecasting cycles (Budget, Latest Estimate, Roadmap), from data collection and analysis to presentation and report preparation. /liliAssist in the review and consolidation of budget components (Investments, Operating expenses, Headcounts) for supported areas. /liliPrepare preliminary management reports and conduct initial variance analysis against financial targets. /li /ulh3Ensure Financial Integrity Compliance /h3ulliSupport the Capital Approval Request (CAR) process and contribute to the follow-up of financial commitments, including budget assumption validation and vendor contract checks. /liliAssist in the control and validation of Purchase Orders (PO) in close collaboration with the P2P team. /liliContribute to the maintenance and improvement of cost allocation models, ensuring accurate evaluation of internal and business services. /liliSupport the application of Richemont's internal controlling procedures, identifying and addressing potential gaps. /li /ulh3Champion Data Quality Process Improvement /h3ulliConduct regular and thorough checks on financial data quality within systems, particularly for time allocation entries and master data accuracy. /liliIdentify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data integrity issues. /liliAssist in collecting, validating, and consolidating financial data from various sources for reporting and analysis. /liliContribute to identifying and implementing process improvements within the controlling function, focusing on automation and efficiency. /liliProvide support for ad-hoc financial analysis, data extraction, and special projects as required. /li /ulh3HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? /h3h3Transversal skills /h3ulliStrong team spirit and communication skills with aptitude to collaborate transversally across various teams, organizations, and stakeholders. /liliCurious to learn, develop, and contribute to challenging the status-quo. /liliStrong analytical and quantitative skills, with an ability to pay close attention to detail. /liliGood organizational abilities with proactivity, and keen to work independently while managing ambiguity with guidance when necessary. /liliAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines, and balance multiple priorities. /li /ulh3Education, experience and core competencies /h3ulliUniversity graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. /lili1 to 3 years’ experience in a finance or controlling role, preferably within a multinational environment.
