Lonza Group seeks an experienced HR Site Head for its Drug Product site in Stein, Switzerland. The role partners with the Site Head and Leadership Team on the people and organization agenda supporting manufacturing growth and operational readiness.
Tasks
- Advise the Site Head and Leadership Team on HR strategy
- Develop workforce and people strategies aligned with site growth and manufacturing objectives
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning and change initiatives
- Build leadership capability through coaching, succession planning and talent development
- Use workforce data and organizational insights to guide decisions and improve performance
- Deliver HR services in compliance with Swiss employment regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development or a related field
- At least 10 years of HR experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences or complex manufacturing environments
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business strategy through people-focused solutions
- Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management and change management
- Knowledge of employee relations practices and Swiss employment law
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management and coaching skills
- Fluency in English and German
