Approach People Recruitment is recruiting for an energy systems manufacturer in Switzerland. The Product Manager – Generator Sets will lead product strategy and lifecycle management, working with senior management, technical sales, customers, R&D, project and marketing teams.
Tasks
- Drive product strategy and manage the full product lifecycle
- Analyse product performance and implement actions to meet management objectives
- Define product specifications with Strategy, R&D and customer input
- Develop strategic customer partnerships and key client relationships
- Manage cost reduction, cost control, pricing and profitability activities
- Lead product integrations, portfolio evolution and go-to-market plans
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Business School
- Initial experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
- Expertise in generator set applications (genset)
- Fluent in English and German
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to understand customer needs
- Autonomous, rigorous and team-oriented
