Lombard Odier, an independently owned wealth and asset manager, is hiring a Business Manager for its Swiss German Market. The role supports the Swiss management team with strategic, commercial and operational objectives.
Tasks
- Drive execution and monitoring of the Swiss German Market strategic agenda
- Support the Local Managing Director on cross-functional topics and regional representation
- Coordinate operational and administrative support for local management
- Design and oversee local initiatives and projects
- Support revenue monitoring, pricing initiatives, budgeting and performance analysis
- Coordinate management committees, business reviews and leadership meetings
Requirements
- Master's degree or MBA in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant financial services experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management and coordination skills across functions and stakeholders
Nice to have
- Private banking experience and exposure to front-office activities, business development, consulting or business management
- Experience with Tableau or other business intelligence and data visualization tools
- French proficiency
