Tasks
- Drive execution and monitoring of the Swiss German Market strategic agenda
- Support the Local Managing Director on cross-functional topics and representational activities
- Coordinate operational and administrative activities for local management
- Design and oversee local initiatives and projects
- Support revenue monitoring, pricing initiatives, budgeting and performance analysis
- Coordinate management committees, business reviews and leadership meetings
Requirements
- Master's degree or MBA in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant financial services experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in senior stakeholder environments and understanding of governance structures
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Nice to have
- Experience in private banking or exposure to front-office activities, business development, consulting or management support
- Experience with Tableau or other business intelligence and data visualization tools
- French language skills
